A Paris-born DJ and music curator, Philippe Tuchmann has spent more than two decades in the music industry.
One of the key creative minds behind Cercle since its creation, he served as its Music Director from 2016 to 2024, programming all the artists for its shows and festivals, and as A&R for Cercle Records. He helped shape one of the world's most influential platforms connecting music, art and extraordinary locations, with more than five gold singles along the way. Over the years he has built close ties with artists and their management teams.
With In The Air, he now brings his experience to a tailored consulting service for artists, labels and venues.

Garance oversees artist logistics and on-site coordination across In The Air projects. With over 20 years of experience in film and luxury advertising, she has coordinated cast, crews and complex productions in France and internationally.
Her recent work includes Notre Salut, where she was Production Manager, winner of the Best Screenplay award at the 2026 Cannes Film Festival. At In The Air, she brings the precision, flexibility and high standards of film production to live music experiences in unique locations.
